Delhi-Rehabilitation-and-Nursing-Cente is seeking a weekend nurse manager to oversee daily nursing care delivery and staff performance. You will lead shift meetings, identify and correct issues, and report findings to the Director of Nursing.

The role requires RN licensure, BSN preferred, and at least two years of clinical nursing experience, with management experience valued. Sign-on bonus available and benefits included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.
• Current RN license in the state employed.
• Two years of clinical nursing experience.
• One year of management experience preferred.
• CPR/BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct shift staff meetings to improve services.
• Identify problems in nursing care and implement corrective action.
• Prepare reports to the Director of Nursing.
• Develop coordination between nursing and resident services.
