Job summary

Delhi-Rehabilitation-and-Nursing-Cente is seeking a Nursing Supervisor to oversee daily nursing care, staff performance, and service quality. Qualifications

• BSN preferred; RN license in applicable state.
• Two years of clinical nursing experience; management exp preferred.
• Peripheral IV certification required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily nursing care delivery and staff performance.
• Plan and conduct shift staff meetings for service improvement.
• Identify and correct problems in nursing care delivery.
• Report to Director of Nursing as needed.
• Coordinate nursing services with other resident services.
