Personal Healthcare Management LLC is seeking experienced nursing leadership for a weekend nursing supervisor role. The position offers a new starting rate of $46 per hour, with shift diffs up to $47.25 per hour and a $10,000 sign-on bonus available for full-time hires over two years.

Responsibilities include overseeing daily nursing care, staff performance, and coordinating care across departments. Strong leadership, organization, and compliance with policies are essential.

Qualifications

• BSN preferred and RN license required.
• Minimum two years clinical nursing experience.
• CPR/BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily delivery of nursing care and staff performance.
• Plan and conduct shift staff meetings to identify and correct issues and improve services.
• Identify problems in care delivery and implement corrective action.
• Prepare written and oral reports to the Director of Nursing as needed.
• Coordinate nursing services with other resident services for continuity of care.
• Investigate accidents, including staff interviews and report writing.
• Ensure confidentiality of resident information.
