Job summary

Willow Brook Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Wilmington, MA is seeking an RN Supervisor to lead daily nursing operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and support staff to deliver safe, high-quality resident care. This full-time role supports a 3–11 schedule with no weekends.

The RN will supervise staff, oversee care plans, and maintain compliance with standards while fostering teamwork and clinical excellence in a compassionate setting.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered active RN license in the state of MA.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple patients in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Minimum of 2+ years of nursing experience in a healthcare setting required.
• No previous supervisory experience required; training will be provided.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with residents, families, staff, and regulators.
• Strong knowledge of nursing practices, regulations, and standards in care centers.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate nursing care activities to ensure residents receive safe, effective, and timely care.
• Provide clinical oversight and support to nursing staff during assigned shifts.
• Monitor resident conditions and ensure appropriate interventions are implemented and documented.
• Ensure compliance with physician orders, care plans, and facility policies and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, residents, and family members regarding changes in condition or care needs.
• Assist in managing multiple residents and prioritize care based on clinical urgency.
• Support adherence to all applicable nursing regulations, safety standards, and facility guidelines.
• Promote a positive work environment through teamwork, communication, and professional leadership.
