Garden Spring Nursing & Rehabilitation Center of Willow Grove, PA is seeking a Part Time Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to support our team every other weekend (Preferably EVERY weekend). The shift is from 7am-7pm.

We are a 173-bed facility offering long term care and short term stay with a commitment to compassionate, person-centered care and quality outcomes. The role includes supervisory duties, direct patient care when needed, and potential for overtime in a supportive team environment.

Formación

• At least 1 year of experience in a Long-Term Care or Rehabilitative facility.
• At least 1 year supervisory experience preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Embrace person-centered care to meet residents’ needs.

Responsabilidades

• Oversight and serve as a resource to the direct care staff
• Support to the DON and Unit Managers with staffing and activities as assigned
• Direct patient care when necessary and/or assigned
