Job summary

Harborview Health Systems in Augusta, GA is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor for weekend shifts to lead nursing staff, oversee medications and treatments, and ensure safe, compassionate resident care.

You will supervise RN/LPN Charge Nurses, CNAs, and aides, coordinate assessments, document clearly, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams. Active RN license required; experience in skilled nursing or long‑term care is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing in the state of practice.
• Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise delivery medications and treatments along with supervision of RN/LPN Charge Nurses, CNAs, and Medication Aids where applicable.
• Completion of required admission and routine resident assessments.
• Monitor resident conditions and respond quickly to changes, ensuring safety, comfort, and continuity of care.
• Support activities of daily living and maintain clear, timely documentation.
• Communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary teams and families.
• Adhere to infection control and safety standards to protect residents and teammates.

What You Will Do
