Job summary

Harborview Health Systems is seeking an RN Weekend Supervisor on a PRN basis to lead nursing staff and coordinate resident care in a skilled nursing setting.

You will supervise RN/LPN charge nurses, CNAs, and medication aides, perform admissions and routine assessments, and ensure safety and continuity of care while documenting accurately. Weekend shifts emphasize teamwork and patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing in the state of practice.
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise delivery medications and treatments with RN/LPN Charge Nurses and CNAs.
• Complete admission and routine resident assessments.
• Monitor resident conditions and respond to changes for safety and continuity of care.

The Opportunity

We are currently seeking a dedicated RN Supervisor

What You Will Do

• Supervise delivery medications and treatments along with supervision of RN/LPN Charge Nurses, CNAs, and Medication Aids where applicable
• Completion of required admission and routine resident assessments
• Monitor resident conditions and respond quickly to changes, ensuring safety, comfort, and continuity of care.
• Support activities of daily living
• Maintain clear, timely documentation
• Communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary teams and families
• Adhere to infection control and safety standards to protect your residents and your teammates
• Other duties as assigned

What You Must Have

• Active RN license in good standing in the state of practice.
• Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting is preferred but not required—we’ll invest in the right heart and mindset.
