Job summary

Regency Omak Rehabilitation & Nursing is seeking a Registered Nurse for weekend coverage to uphold high-quality resident care in a skilled nursing setting. You will administer medications, supervise staff, and maintain a nurturing, home-like environment while adhering to state regulations.

The role emphasizes patient-centered care, infection control, and accurate care documentation, with opportunities to collaborate closely with the nursing leadership team.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in good standing.
• New grads are encouraged to apply.
• Ability to provide medication administration and nursing services per state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Train staff and assist the director of nursing
• Support dignity, privacy, independence, and home-like environment
• Assist residents with ADLs and medications as permitted by state regulations
• Ensure care as indicated on resident treatment and service plans
• Know and follow infection control and safety procedures
• Review, update and communicate resident care documentation.
• Evaluate health emergencies to determine medical measures per RN scope of practice and state regulations
