Job summary

High Shoals Health & Rehab is seeking a RN supervisor to assist the Director of Nursing in organizing and directing daily nursing staff, handling admissions/discharges, and ensuring accurate documentation and care planning.

The role requires an active GA RN license and strong supervisory and communication skills, with responsibilities spanning coordination with physicians, staff education, and adherence to regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree or RN program graduate.
• Active RN license to practice in Georgia.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience supervising licensed and unlicensed nursing staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Nursing in organizing and directing daily nursing staff activities.
• Oversee admissions, discharges and transfers as requested.
• Maintain documentation and billing supplies and communicate with physicians.
• Coordinate care planning and MDS processes with the DON Services.
• Support compliance with regulations and standards.
