About the Role:

As a Weekend RN, you will be responsible for:

• Providing direct patient care to our residents, including administering medications, wound care, and treatments
• Developing and implementing individualized care plans to meet each resident's unique needs and goals
• Collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless communication and continuity of care
• Participating in care conferences and contributing to resident assessments and treatment plans
• Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient care and progress

Requirements:

• State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
