Green Acres Healthcare and Rehab is seeking an RN to join our Weekend Warrior program. Earn premium pay for working weekend shifts and contribute to high-quality patient care in a long-term care setting.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state.
• At least one year of experience as an RN in a long-term care setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide bedside care for a wide variety of medical patients.
• Document care and vital signs accurately and timely.
• Administer medications as prescribed and report adverse reactions.
• Coordinate with healthcare team to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care plans.
• Respond to life-saving situations following nursing standards and protocol.
• Participate in discharge planning.
