Job summary

Integritus Healthcare Bourne Manor is seeking a Weekend Nursing Supervisor (RN) to lead nursing staff in a post-acute/long-term care setting. The role focuses on implementing resident care plans, supervising care delivery, and ensuring compliance with policies to promote high-quality outcomes.

The ideal candidate has an active RN license, 2–3 years of supervisory experience in long-term care, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in long-term care or post-acute care settings preferred
• Strong communication and leadership skills

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing care in long-term care following policies and guidelines.
• Ensure nursing staff comply with organization procedures and care plans.
• Coordinate orientation for new nursing staff and implement discipline when needed.
• Administer medications as ordered and maintain narcotics records.
• Communicate with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality care.
