Lawrenceville Health and Rehabilitation is seeking a Weekend Shift Nursing Supervisor to lead the evening nursing team and ensure high-quality resident care. If you are a compassionate RN with leadership experience and a passion for elder care, join our dedicated team for weekend coverage.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, coordinating with families and physicians, and handling emergencies during off-hours to maintain continuity of care.

Qualifications

Valid RN license in VA.
At least 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience (SNF preferred).
Strong clinical judgment, communication, and people skills.
Calm under pressure and confident in decision-making.
A passion for elder care and a team-first attitude.

Responsibilities

Lead and support nursing staff during the evening shift.
