Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered RN license in Texas.
• 2 years’ experience in Long-Term Care preferred.
• 6 months’ experience in rehabilitative/restorative nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing staff to ensure quality care.
• Assist Director of Nursing in planning and directing Nursing Service operations.
• Provide direct nursing care consistent with regulations and policies.
• Conduct rounds on units and shifts to monitor staff performance and care quality.
• Ensure adequate staffing as directed by Nursing leadership.
• Document and report safety concerns and incidents to Administration.
