Job summary

RHA Health Services, LLC is hiring a part-time Registered Nurse (PT Weekends) for an onsite role in Pipersville, PA. The nurse will provide holistic care in a group home setting, coordinate medical services, and supervise licensed staff as needed. This weekend shift runs every other Saturday and Sunday, 12am–8am.

Requirements include RN licensure with no restrictions, CPR certification, and the ability to work independently within a multidisciplinary team. BSN is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited registered nurse program; BSN preferred, but not required.
• Current registered nurse license with no restrictions to practice nursing.
• Must possess credentials required by Federal or State law.
• Effective communication with Interdisciplinary Team Members, and the people supported and their families.
• Ability to work independently, be organized, and prioritize work tasks.
• Current CPR Certification or eligibility to obtain certification.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic nursing care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
• Observe, assess, and evaluate the health needs of the people we support.
• Coordinate preventative and routine medical care for people supported.
• Document nursing care provided.
• Provide clinical supervision or oversight for licensed practical nurses and med techs as deemed necessary.
• Assist with educational and training programs for new employees, including planning and scheduling.
