Job summary

RHA Health Services, LLC is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse for weekend-only, part-time shifts at our group home in Pipersville, PA. You will perform nursing assessments, administer medications, and ensure regulatory compliance in a supportive behavioral health setting.

The ideal candidate holds an LPN license, has outpatient or behavioral health experience, and communicates effectively with staff and clients while maintaining confidentiality and quality care.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited LPN program.
• Current LPN license with no restrictions to practice nursing.
• Two years' experience with Behavioral Health clients preferred.
• Knowledge of federal confidentiality laws and client rights policies.
• Ability to develop and deliver staff training on nursing care.

Responsibilities

• Reports client’s social, psychological and physical behavior as indicated.
• Provides nursing care including assessment, care and treatment per standards.
• Oversees medication administration and clinical staff communication.
• Ensures compliance with HIPAA, confidentiality, and state regulations.
• Participates in meetings and updates plans and policies as needed.
