Job summary

Henry Ford Health seeks an experienced Registered Nurse for the Med Surg Weekend unit in Grand Blanc. The role covers full-time midnight shifts on weekends plus one weeknight, totaling 36 hours weekly with every third weekend, in a high-volume oncology inpatient setting with chemo training after six months.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• 1 year RN experience minimum; Nurse Resident requirements apply.
• Current RN licensure in Michigan; BCLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership in coordinating and delivering quality patient care.
• Use the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care.
• Delegate, supervise, and document care and teaching for patients and families.
• Communicate essential patient information to the healthcare team.
