Job summary

Avante at Orlando Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a Weekend Supervisor to oversee daily nursing activities on weekends, ensuring high-quality care in line with all regulations. The role requires RN or LPN licensure in Florida and CPR certification, plus prior supervisory experience in healthcare.

The position emphasizes leadership, compliance, and teamwork, with a schedule of Saturdays and Sundays from 7am to 11pm.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current and active Nursing license (RN or LPN) in Florida.
• Must maintain current CPR certification.
• Must read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Previous experience in a hospital, long-term care or healthcare facility.
• Knowledge of general, rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices and related regulations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day nursing activities during your tour of duty.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local standards and regulations.
• Lead and collaborate with nursing staff to maintain high quality care.
