Qualifications

• Current, active Florida RN or LPN license.
• Nursing degree or diploma from an accredited program.
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience in skilled or geriatric care.
• At least 1 year of nursing supervisory or leadership experience.
• CPR/BLS certification current.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to make sound clinical decisions in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and supervision to nursing staff.
• Oversee weekend nursing operations and staffing.
• Monitor resident care coverage and adjust staffing.
• Conduct nursing rounds and monitor care quality.
• Ensure medications and orders are followed per policies.
• Assist with resident assessments and direct care when needed.
• Participate in physician rounds and escalate concerns.
• Support admissions and discharge planning.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
