Job summary

Trevecca Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking an RN or LPN Weekend Supervisor to oversee nursing staff and resident care on weekends. The role focuses on implementing care plans, supervising Charge, Treatment and CNA assignments, and coordinating with physicians to ensure high-quality geriatric care.

The successful candidate will have TN licensure, a nursing degree, and prior leadership experience in a nursing home setting.

Qualifications

• RN or LPN licensure in TN.
• BSN or equivalent nursing degree.
• Experience in nursing home leadership or supervision.

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality nursing care using the nursing process.
• Supervise Charge, Treatment, and CNA assignments.
• Coordinate care plans and communicate with physicians and other health professionals.
• Ensure timely communication of treatment and assessment information.
• Monitor and evaluate staff performance to follow care plans.
