Qualifications

• Must hold a valid RN license in the state of practice.
• Strong physical assessment skills and knowledge of nursing principles required.
• Geriatric or rehabilitative nursing experience and supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized Nursing Care Plans.
• Provide direct patient care and support per shift as assigned.
• Supervise Nursing personnel and assist in orientation and training.
• Oversee daily unit operations and assume leadership duties as needed.
