Job summary
Hadley Pointe for Nursing Rehab and Care in Hadley, Massachusetts is seeking a Weekend Supervisor RN/LPN to oversee weekend nursing staff and ensure the highest quality of care for our residents. - Current RN or LPN licensure in Massachusetts.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in long-term care or rehabilitation.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate weekend nursing staff.
- Conduct rounds to assess residents' condition and needs.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans with interdisciplinary teams.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to nursing staff.
- Communicate with residents, families, and healthcare providers; address concerns.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and policy development.
- Demonstrate commitment to excellent resident care and customer service.
