Qualifications

• Must hold active Florida RN or LPN license in good standing.
• Minimum two years supervisory experience in a healthcare setting.
• Six months rehabilitative or restorative nursing experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support weekend nursing staff during Saturday and Sunday shifts.
• Monitor staffing coverage and coordinate appropriate nursing assignments.
• Conduct rounds to assess resident care and identify concerns.
• Ensure medications, treatments, and physician orders are carried out appropriately.
• Provide direct nursing care within your licensed scope of practice.
• Document resident care and required notifications according to facility policies.
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharge planning.
