Lake-Wales Wellness and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a Weekend RN Supervisor to lead our nursing staff on weekends. You will supervise day-to-day operations, coordinate staffing, and ensure consistent practices while communicating performance expectations.

Candidates must be a Florida-licensed RN with geriatrics experience and the ability to relate positively to residents and families. We offer a fun work environment, health and dental insurance, PTO, and more.

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing and licensed by Florida.
• Clinical experience or skills specific to geriatrics.
• Ability to relate positively to customers and families and work cooperatively with others.
• Related experience at a level necessary to accomplish the job.

Responsabilités

• Day-to-day supervision of personnel.
• Manage call offs and staffing.
• Maintaining consistent practices.
• Effectively communicates performance expectations.
• Assigning duties for customers' care, work hours, breaks, and meals for nursing personnel on unit.
• Reporting concerns to Nursing Team.
