Job summary

Willow Brook Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Massachusetts is hiring for LPN and RN positions. The weekend Warrior schedule 11-7, five weekends on, sixth off, plus daily pay.

We offer competitive hourly rates: $45/hr for LPN and $55/hr for RN, with a supportive team and comprehensive benefits. As an RN or LPN, you'll provide skilled nursing care, administer medications, monitor residents, document accurately, and collaborate with a interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Active MA RN or LPN license with no encumbrances.
• BLS CPR certification required.
• Ability to manage multiple residents in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the physician's plan of treatment, as well as the written plan of care.
• Follow and implement care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.
• Perform medication administration and treatments in accordance with the plan of care (POC).
• Monitor and assess residents' conditions, promptly reporting changes to appropriate clinical team members.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and complete documentation in accordance with physician orders, facility policies, and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and high-quality resident care.
• Ensure compliance with infection control protocols, safety standards, and nursing regulations.
