Job summary

Atrium Health Hospice Cabarrus - Hospice: Inpatient in Kannapolis is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse to provide patient-centered care using the nursing process. The role involves 24 hours per week with a 7a-7p weekend schedule.

The RN will document in the EHR, collaborate with the care team, and uphold safety standards. Eligible for a sign-on bonus up to $3,000; internal teammates may receive a $500 referral bonus.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Board of Nursing approved nursing education program.
• Active RN license and BLS certification.
• Typically requires 1 year of clinical nursing experience.
• BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engages in evidence-based care and quality initiatives.
• Implements nursing process to assess, plan, and evaluate care.
• Monitors patient conditions and adjusts care plans with the team.
• Maintains accurate, timely EHR documentation.
• May float to other units to meet patient care needs.
