This full-time position supports a 72-hour weekly schedule on day shifts, focusing on patient-centered care, medication administration, wound care, and collaborative treatment decisions.

The role requires an Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma, RN licensure, and a commitment to quality and safety. Specialty certifications may be encouraged during orientation.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate Degree Nursing or Nursing Diploma.
• Credential: Registered Nurse, ACLS/PALS may be required per manager’s direction.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct, professional nursing care to patients in the acute care setting.
• Develop a patient-centered plan of care based on individual needs.
• Administer medications following the five rights of medication administration.
• Provide wound care and dressing changes as applicable.
• Document patient care timely and accurately.
• Collaborate with physicians to determine best treatment decisions.
