Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a registered nurse for a weekend shift (Friday 5:00 PM – Monday 8:00 AM) to provide coordinated home-based care. The role emphasizes assessment, plan implementation, and adherence to physician orders, within regulatory guidelines.

The ideal candidate will be a graduate of an approved nursing program, hold an active RN license in the state, and bring at least one year of RN experience plus basic mobile tech skills.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of nursing education.
• Must be licensed in the state where they practice.
• One year of licensed RN experience preferred.
• Basic demonstrated technology skills, including operation of a mobile device.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate care and continuously assess patient and family needs.
• Implement the interdisciplinary plan of care and comply with physician orders.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations in care delivery.
