Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a Full-time weekend RN to provide skilled home health care. The role requires weekend coverage (Saturday and Sunday) with flexible scheduling and adherence to physician orders and care plans.

The successful candidate will teach patients and families, perform visits per plan of care, and ensure safe transportation and driving eligibility. Prior nursing experience and state licensure are required.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an approved school of clinical education.
• Must be licensed in the state where they currently practice.
• Must have at least one year experience as a licensed professional.
• Must have basic demonstrated technology skills, including operation of a mobile device.

Responsibilities

• Administer skilled care to patients requiring intermittent professional services.
• Teach the patient, family, and other members of the health care team.
• Perform services in accordance with the physician’s orders and the established plan of care (POC).
