Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a Full-time weekend Registered Nurse to provide skilled care to patients at home, with required Saturday and Sunday coverage. The role includes teaching patients and families and following the physician's orders per the plan of care.

Qualified candidates have an approved nursing education, current state license, and at least one year of licensed professional experience. CPR certification is required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of clinical education.
• Must be licensed in the state where they currently practice.
• Must have at least one year experience as a licensed professional.
• Must have basic demonstrated technology skills, including operation of a mobile device.

Responsibilities

• Administer skilled care to patients requiring intermittent professional services.
• Teach the patient, family, and other members of the health care team.
• Perform services in accordance with the physician’s orders and the established plan of care (POC).
