Job summary

• BLS for Healthcare Providers must be obtained in the orientation period
• ACLS, PALS, or NRP is required for critical care areas based on patient population

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and priorities for care
• Plan and delegate care based on patient needs
• Evaluate patient responses to care and progress toward outcomes
• Maintain accountability for outcomes of patient care during the shift
