Job summary

Four Seasons Living Center is seeking a Weekend RN to provide skilled nursing care in our facility. The role requires evaluating residents, administering medications, monitoring vitals, and collaborating with the care team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.

The position offers a $10,000 bonus and a weekend schedule (7p–7a). A Missouri RN license and excellent communication skills are essential for success in this team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Current unencumbered RN license (MO).
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients’ health needs and develop and implement care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor vital signs and report changes to staff.
• Educate patients and families and provide support.
• Coordinate care with other professionals to ensure continuity of treatment.
• Document progress and outcomes in EMR.
• Stay updated with current nursing practices and participate in development.
