Nazareth Home in Louisville, KY is seeking an innovative and friendly Registered Nurse (RN) House Supervisor to join the Highlands Campus at 2000 Newburg Road. You will provide clinical leadership, oversee nursing operations, support staff, and promote high-quality resident care through clear communication with residents, families, physicians, and the healthcare team.
This role offers weekend work (Saturday and Sunday 7:15am–7:45pm) with premium weekend pay and a $3 shift differential.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Licensed by the Kentucky Board of Nursing as a registered nurse or licensed practical nurse.
- Current CPR certification.
- Two to four years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Responsabilités
- Supervise and support nursing staff during assigned shifts.
- Assess residents and monitor changes in condition.
- Administer medications and treatments accurately.
- Ensure compliance with nursing policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Monitor narcotic counts and controlled substance records.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and staff.
