Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice in Idaho is seeking a Full-time Weekend Registered Nurse to join our field-based care team. The role requires Saturday and Sunday shifts and focuses on delivering skilled nursing visits and coordinating patient care.

• Active RN license in Idaho.
• Minimum 1 year of clinical nursing experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance.

Responsibilities

• Performs skilled nursing visits and coordinates client care.
• Point of contact for all disciplines involved with providing care to patients.
• Oversees the frequency of visits for the episode.
• Consults with physicians and the office regarding patient care details.
• Performs accurate OASIS data collection and maintains current medication profiles.
• Ensures timely reporting of lab values to the physician and attends weekly meetings.
