Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Weekend Baylor Registered Nurse (RN) to join our home visit team serving adult and geriatric clients in Montgomery County, PA. The role involves per-visit nursing, assessments, wound care, IV therapy and teaching in patients' homes.

You will work Friday-Sunday or Saturday-Monday, with paid training, flexible scheduling, and weekly pay. A PA nursing license and at least one year of acute care or home health experience are required, and you must be comfortable

Qualifications

• Current PA nursing license in good standing.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• At least one year of adult/geriatric care in past two years.

Responsibilities

• Perform head-to-toe assessments and identify changes in patient condition.
• Provide skilled nursing, wound care, IV therapy and teaching in the home.
• Triage urgent clinical situations and make independent decisions.
• Reconcile medications and ensure patient safety through documentation.
