Qualifications
- BSN required.
- Current State of Illinois Registered Professional Nurse license.
- American Heart Association BLS.
- Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills.
- ADN accepted with commitment to obtain BSN within three years of employment.
Responsibilities
- Assess and record patient status upon admission or care entry.
- Organize health data for accessibility and accuracy.
- Identify problems needing immediate attention and initiate plan of care.
- Document diagnoses and patient education per evidence-based practice.
- Plan discharge and collaborate with patient/family and health care team.
