Job summary

Life Care Centers of America is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse to join our care team in Payson, AZ. The RN will deliver comprehensive nursing care, perform ongoing patient assessments, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support patients’ physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being.

Responsibilities include evaluating patient needs, revising care plans, and providing daily supervision to CNAs and LPNs while upholding Life Care standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

Deliver quality nursing care through interpersonal contact.
Assess patient needs and revise care plans as conditions change.
Supervise CNAs and LPNs on a daily basis.
Adhere to Life Care standards and applicable regulations.
