Job summary

Life Care Centers of America is seeking a Registered Nurse in Chandler, AZ to deliver high-quality nursing care in a skilled nursing facility setting. You will evaluate patient needs, revise care plans as conditions change, and provide clinical supervision to CNAs and LPNs while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to support patient well-being.

Qualified candidates hold an active RN license, CPR certification, and ideally one year of SNF experience.

Qualifications

• RN license/registration in applicable State (active)
• CPR certification upon hire or during orientation
• One year of skilled nursing experience preferred
• Nursing diploma or degree in nursing (associate’s or bachelor’s)

Responsibilities

• Provide quality nursing care to patients in accordance with Life Care standards
• Evaluate patient needs through ongoing assessment and revise care plans as condition changes
• Provide clinical supervision to CNAs and LPNs on a daily basis
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver care and support patient well-being
