Job summary

Mercy in Wisconsin seeks an experienced registered nurse to care for hematology and oncology patients in a dynamic unit. You will administer chemotherapy, monitor patients, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care.

A strong emphasis is placed on patient rights, confidentiality, and compassionate support for families. Ideal candidates have RN licensure in WI or a compact state, BLS certified, and prior oncology experience.

Qualifications

• Graduates of an accredited registered nursing program.
• Must maintain active RN license in Wisconsin or compact license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or complete within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care for hematology/oncology patients.
• Coordinate care with other departments and protect patient rights and confidentiality.
• Administer chemotherapy, monitor patients, and manage pain and symptoms.
• Assist with procedures and provide bedside care in a busy unit.
