Qualifications

• Must hold an Associate or Bachelor’s degree in nursing from an accredited program.
• Current CPR and BLS certifications.
• Unrestricted Registered Nurse license in US state/territory.
• Minimum of 2 years of recent clinical RN experience.

Responsibilities

• Support physical health assessments for military personnel.
• Review health history, medical records, and questionnaires.
• Interview service members to assess current and prior medical concerns.
• Identify urgent concerns including behavioral health and document results accurately.
• Record interview findings in the service member’s medical record using the proprietary system.
