Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have Associate or Bachelor’s degree in nursing.
• CPR and BLS certification required.
• Minimum of 2 years of recent clinical RN experience.
• Unrestricted nursing license in any US state/territory.
• Demonstrated resilience, strong communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Support physical health assessments of military personnel.
• Review health history, medical records, and medical questionnaires.
• Interview service members to determine current and prior medical concerns.
• Identify urgent concerns, including behavioral health, and address as needed.
• Document interview results in the service member’s medical record using the proprietary system.
