Job summary

DOCS Health invites registered nurses to join our team as independent contractors to deliver health readiness services to military personnel in Montana. The role emphasizes weekend work with occasional weekday shifts under the Reserve Health Readiness Program, on an as-needed basis.

You will conduct physical health assessments, review medical histories and questionnaires, and interview service members to identify current and prior concerns.

Qualifications

• Must hold an Associate or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited registered nursing program.
• Minimum CPR and BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
• Minimum of 2 years of recent clinical experience as a Registered Nurse.
• Unrestricted license in a U.S. state/territory.
• Resilience, strong communication, and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support Physical Health Assessments of military personnel.
• Review health history, service member medical records, and medical questionnaires.
• Interview service members to determine current and prior medical concerns.
• Identify concerns needing immediate attention, including Behavioral Health.
• Document interview results for readiness classification in the service member’s medical record using the proprietary system.
