Job summary

Hospice of the Valley is seeking a Registered Nurse for weekend home care visits in the Northeast territory. This part-time role (20-29 hrs/wk, 8am-8pm) focuses on compassionate, one-to-one care in patients' homes and aligns with an interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited school of nursing.
• Minimum one year of recent experience in medical, surgical or critical care as a professional nurse.
• Strong clinical assessment skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Solution driven, creative and resourceful problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage time well and perform assigned duties with attention detail, accuracy and follow-through.
