Job summary

Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health is seeking a Full Time Weekend Registered Nurse (RN) for our West Chester, PA location. The 16-hour weekend shift (Sat and Sun, 6am-10pm) plus a 4-hour weekly shift offers a rewarding chance to support children with special needs in a Psychiatric Residential Treatment Program.

Paid at $40–$45.60 per hour with ASCEND Career Accelerator Program and benefits eligibility after 30 days of employment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of professional nursing with a B.S.N., Diploma or A.D. Currently licensed to practice professional nursing in Pennsylvania.
• One year of post-education nursing experience preferred.
• Experience with individuals with cognitive and/or behavioral challenges or medically complex conditions.
• Proficient computer skills, mastery of Microsoft Office Applications, experience with data collection/analyzing platforms (Radar, Pro-Filer, and/or other internal and external software applications).
• Strong organizational skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Requires ability to work independently, prioritize, manage multiple tasks and adhere to guidelines.
• Valid driver's license must be maintained.
