Job summary

Devereux Pennsylvania Children's Services in West Chester, PA is seeking a Full Time Day Shift Registered Nurse (RN) for its Psychiatric Residential Treatment Program serving adolescents. Earn $40–$45.60/hour with a 6am–4pm schedule and every 3rd weekend, plus comprehensive training and a tuition-coverage ASCEND program.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school with a BSN, Diploma or ADN and PA licensure.
• One year of nursing experience preferred, with cognitive/behavioral challenges experience preferred.
• Proficient in computer skills and data collection tools; experience with Radar/Pro-Filer helpful.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care to adolescents in a psychiatric residential program.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with safety, privacy, and regulatory requirements.
