Job summary

Devereux Pennsylvania Children’s Services in West Chester, PA seeks a Full Time Day Shift RN to care for children and adolescents with special needs in a Psychiatric Residential Treatment Program. The role features a 6am-4pm schedule with every 3rd weekend, and a pay range of $40–$45.60 per hour.

Training in crisis prevention, trauma-informed care, CPR, and cultural competencies is provided. The program delivers clinical treatment, education, and behavioral interventions for youths with autism,

Qualifications

• EDUCATION: Graduate of an approved school of professional nursing with a B.S.N., Diploma or A.D.
• Currently licensed to practice professional nursing in Pennsylvania.
• EXPERIENCE: One year of post-education nursing experience preferred.
• Experience with individuals with cognitive/behavioral challenges or medically complex conditions.
• Proficient computer skills and experience with data collection/analysis platforms.
