Qualifications

• Valid Ohio RN license in good standing.
• Experience in long-term care or rehab setting preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor vital signs and communicate changes to the care team.
• Collaborate with RNs, LPNs, STNAs and other healthcare professionals on care plans.
• Educate residents and families about health conditions, care plans and treatments.
