Job summary

Louisville Gardens in Louisville, Ohio is seeking compassionate and experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our clinical team. You will provide skilled nursing care to our residents and contribute to a supportive, patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Current RN or LPN license in Ohio.
• Minimum of one year of nursing experience in a long-term care setting.
• Excellent clinical skills with patient-centered care.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor residents' health status and vital signs, reporting changes to the attending physician.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Assist in admission and discharge processes, ensuring smooth transitions for residents.
• Document all care provided accurately and timely in residents' medical records.
• Provide emotional support and education to residents and their families.
• Adhere to regulatory standards and facility policies to maintain quality care.
