Qualifications

• Current Ohio nursing license in good standing.
• Strong clinical and communication skills.

• Long-term care experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans and physician orders.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes appropriately.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure excellent resident outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
