Golden LivingCenters is seeking a Weekend Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver high-quality nursing care during Friday, Saturday, and Sunday shifts. You’ll operate under Baylor incentive pay with opportunities to pick up additional shifts for extra bonuses.

The role requires an active RN license, CPR certification, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to plan and execute resident-focused care. Excellent benefits and career growth await.

Qualifications

• Currently Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in state of practice required.
• Must hold and maintain a current CPR certification.
• License in good standing with the state and no abuse/neglect findings in registry.

Responsibilities

• Assure that effective quality nursing care is delivered which is outcome focused.
• Identify needs and provide input for discharge planning and follow-up.
• Develop individualized plan of care with resident and interdisciplinary team.
• Implement plan of care consistently with resident-centered outcomes.
• Collaborate with physician and health care professionals sharing changes to care plan.
• Deliver and maintain optimum resident care and comfort with current nursing practices.
